Hydra, originally referred to as Double Demon is an antagonist in the Mighty Max series, first appearing in the Battle Warrior Mighty Max Head to Head With Hydra.

Toyline[]
The two heads of Hydra, in eternal conflict with one another, are corrupted by Skullmaster, who overpowers the demon's head of goodness. As this happens, Max teleports in, prompting Skullmaster to rush towards him on his hover disc. He grabs the boy and offers him to Hydra's evil head. Max quickly tells Hydra that if it's balance between good and evil is distorted, it will die. While Skullmaster protests this, Hydra turns on the villain and chases him off with blasts of fire.

- Hydra was to have a much larger role in the unreleased Mighty Max: Into the Battle Zone series, where he appeared as a Battle Wheels figure as well as a figure in the Snake Pit Battle Arena, where he faced off against the Conqueror.
